Automatic Foundry of Zhejiang Sun Stock Co.,LTD. as a professional manufacturer of nodular cast iron products, owns 180 employees and occupies 30,000 ㎡ workshops. We have a lot of experienced staffs in research and front-line. The foundry is equipped with the advanced automatic production lines of shell mould casting , sand-coated metal mould casting and cold-setting resin sand mould casting so that the annual capacity can run up to 40,000 tons. We adopt the domestic advanced melting technique with one-to-two intermediate frequency introduction furnaces such as 2 sets of 1.5 tons furnaces and 1 set of 3 tons furnace. To improve the performance and quality, we adopt the stress relieving technique by heat treatment procedure and we use shot blasting machine for surface cleaning.

Main Testing equipment: fast analyzer, portable thermometer, direct-reading spectrometer, high-speed carbon-sulfur analyzer, material testing machine, metallographic analyzer, sand testing machine, CNC fatigue tester, ultrasonic flaw detector, magnetic powder flaw detector and so on.

Our casting products varies from 3kg to 100kg, with different material such as HT200-350, QT400-18, QT450-10, QT500-7, QT600-6, QT700-5, QT800-2, QT800-4 and QT900-2. Most of the products are used to further process crankshafts, spare parts for vehicles, trains, high-speed rail, solar project, marine machinery, wind generator, engine, compressor and so on, covering the fields of engineering, textile, printing and mining.
