Zhejiang Sun Stock Co., Ltd. ,which began in 1958, is reconstructed from Shangyu Engine Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2005. As one of the famous manufacturer of crankshaft, our company mainly supply nodular cast iron crankshaft for diesel engines with Zhejiang Top Brand ”Sun”. In 2013, the company was moved to Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Area, where we own 170000 ㎡ brand new workshops. Nowadays, our company owns RMB580 million total assets with registered capital of RMB 78.97 million. Through many years accumulation, our company has gained the fame of “National High Technological Enterprise”, ”High Technological Enterprise of Zhejiang Province”, ”Enterprise Technology and Research Center of Zhejiang Province”. Our company abides by the advanced quality management system of ISO9001 and TS16949 and is certified by GAINSHINE and DEKRA.

Our company has Automatic Foundry and Diesel Engine Branch Company, with annual capacity as follows: 1,000,000 pieces of crankshaft of more than 100 types for diesel engines, 80,000 sets of small single-cylinder diesel engine, and 40,000 tons of superior cast iron. The automatic foundry is composed of the advanced crankshaft production lines of shell mould casting and sand-coated metal mould casting. The machining production lines are equipped with the most advanced CNC machines, such as HORKOS machining center, KOMATSU turn-turn broaching machine, Landis grinding machine , Hegenscheidt rod rolling machine, high frequency quenching machine and so on.

Our company has formed an independent Quality Department to insure the ISO/TS16949:2009 quality management system is executed properly. Depending on the exquisite equipment of measurement and research, such as ADCOLE precise crankshaft gauge, TESA altimeter, direct-reading spectrometer, CNC fatigue tester, ultrasonic flaw detector and so on, we can assure the quality and reliability of our products.

Our company supply the top grade products to many famous domestic engine works such as FAW group, Geely Holding Group, BAIC Motor Corporation, Wuxi Diesel Engine Works, Changchai Co,Ltd. and so on. Also, we export to many overseas customers from United States, Japan, India, Bangladesh, Algeria and so on.
